Mr Sloty VIP Program: Points, Tiers and How to Climb

Every real-money stake you place with us earns loyalty points, and those points carry you through four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Below you will find what each bet is worth, what each tier asks for in a month, and how to hold the level you have reached.

How your points add up when you play

Points come from the amount you stake, not from whether a round wins or loses. Three rates apply, and they depend on where you are playing: slots earn 1 point per £10 staked, table games earn 0.5 points per £10, and live games earn 0.2 points per £10.

Where you playPoints per £10 staked£100 staked£1,000 staked
Slots1 point10 points100 points
Table games0.5 points5 points50 points
Live games0.2 points2 points20 points

That makes slots the quickest way to build a balance: a £10 spin earns five times what £10 on a live table earns. If you prefer the live floor, the points still come in, just more slowly, so it is worth knowing the difference before you aim at a tier.

The four tiers and the monthly points each one asks for

Our VIP programme has four levels. Each one has a points target measured per month, and reaching that target is what puts you on the level.

The gaps widen as you go up: Silver asks for five times Bronze, Gold for four times Silver, and Platinum for two and a half times Gold. Bronze is within reach of a modest month of slot play, while Platinum is a level for high-volume players.

What each tier works out to in stakes

Because the points rates are fixed, every tier can be translated straight into an amount staked. The table below shows the turnover each monthly target needs if all of your play sits in one category.

TierOn slotsOn table gamesOn live games
Bronze (500)£5,000£10,000£25,000
Silver (2,500)£25,000£50,000£125,000
Gold (10,000)£100,000£200,000£500,000
Platinum (25,000)£250,000£500,000£1,250,000

Read those figures as total amount staked, not money spent. A £20 balance that you spin and win back and spin again builds turnover each time it goes through a game. That is why the numbers look large next to the deposits that produce them.

Keeping your tier: the 60% rule over a rolling 90 days

Once you are on a level, you do not have to repeat the full monthly target every single month to stay there. To retain your status you need at least 60% of your tier's monthly points target within any rolling 90-day period. Rolling means the window moves with you: it is always the last 90 days of play, not a fixed calendar quarter.

TierMonthly target60% to retain (any 90 days)
Bronze500300
Silver2,5001,500
Gold10,0006,000
Platinum25,00015,000

Here is how that plays out. Say you are Silver and you take a quiet month off. As long as your last 90 days still contain 1,500 points, your Silver status holds. On slots, 1,500 points is £15,000 staked across those three months, which is roughly £5,000 a month of turnover rather than the £25,000 a single Silver month would need.

The same arithmetic applies higher up. Gold needs 6,000 points in the rolling window, which is £60,000 staked on slots over 90 days. If your play drifts towards live tables, remember the rate: 6,000 points from live games is £300,000 staked, so a live-heavy player holds a tier more comfortably with some slot play in the mix.

A worked month, start to finish

Numbers are easier to trust when you can follow them. Take a month where you spread your play across three categories.

£2,000 staked on slots

At 1 point per £10, that is 200 points. This is the engine of the balance.

£500 staked on table games

At 0.5 points per £10, that adds 25 points.

£300 staked on live games

At 0.2 points per £10, that adds 6 points.

Month total: 231 points

You are 269 points short of the 500 Bronze needs, which is another £2,690 staked on slots, or £5,380 on table games.

Flip the mix and the total changes sharply. The same £2,800 of turnover placed entirely on slots is 280 points; placed entirely on live tables it is 56 points. Nothing is wrong with either choice, but if a tier is your aim, the category you choose matters more than the amount.

One practical note on pace: while a bonus is active, the maximum bet is £5 per spin or round, so your stake size is capped during that stretch of play and turnover builds in smaller steps.

Start building points on your first deposits

Our welcome package runs up to **£4,400 in bonus funds plus 250 free spins** across your first deposits, with 35× wagering on the bonus amount, a £20 minimum deposit and 30 days to clear it. Bonus funds are for video slots.

Offers that come your way as a returning player

Loyalty here is not only about tier names. Reload bonuses, weekly boosts and free-spin offers are sent to account holders through notifications, so they arrive while you are logged in rather than sitting on public display. Reload and free-spin promotions carry 50× wagering on the bonus amount.

Cashback offers and bet boosts run alongside live dealer play, and tournaments plus further promotions for existing players appear in the promotions section once your account is open. These sit on top of whatever tier you hold, and your stakes on them earn points at the usual rates for the game category you play.

Choosing a tier target that fits how you play

Before you chase a level, it helps to work backwards from the budget you already have rather than forwards from the tier name. A short checklist:

  • Decide your monthly spend first, then set a deposit limit to match it.
  • Work out which category you actually enjoy most, because slots, table games and live games pay points at 1, 0.5 and 0.2 per £10.
  • Use the rolling 90-day window: 60% of your tier's monthly target spread over three months is gentler than one heavy month.
  • Treat Bronze at 500 points as the realistic first milestone, and move up only if your normal play already gets close.
  • Remember that wins returned to your balance and staked again build turnover, so points accumulate faster than deposits alone suggest.

If your play is seasonal, the rolling window is your friend. Three steady months beat one intense one, and nothing about the programme asks you to stake more than you planned to.

Staying in control while you climb

A points target should never be a reason to deposit more. Deposit limits and self-exclusion options are available from inside your account, and everyone playing with us must be 18 or over. If a session stops being fun, the tools are there to pause or stop.

On the security side, your connection and your transactions are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption, player funds are held separately from our operating funds, and we complete account verification before your first withdrawal. We hold a gaming licence and run those checks on every account.

Getting an answer about your points or your level

If something about your points balance or your tier does not look right, our live chat is open 24/7 in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Email support is available too, and there is a UK telephone line if you would rather talk it through. The site itself runs in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish.

Have the dates and the games in mind when you get in touch, since points are tied to what you staked and where. Mr Sloty support can then match your play to the rate that applies and explain where your rolling 90-day window stands.
