General rules that apply to all play

Your account with us is for your own use only. One account per person, household address, device and payment method is permitted, and you must be 18 or over to register, deposit or place a bet.

  • One account per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any play on them settled as set out in our terms and conditions.
  • Real money and bonus balance. Where both are available, the cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from, and the funds held at the moment you confirm the bet decide how the round is settled.
  • Bets are final. Once you confirm a stake and the round begins, the bet cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back.
  • Stake limits. The minimum and maximum stake for each game is shown inside that game, and any limits you have set on your account are applied before a bet is accepted.
  • Verification. We hold a gaming licence and must verify the identity, age and payment details of our players, so play or a withdrawal may be held while a check is completed.

If a bet is accepted in error, for example at a stake outside the published limits or after a round has closed, we may void the bet and return the stake to the balance it came from.

How bets and spins are settled

Every game on the site runs on a game server rather than in your browser or app. The result recorded by that server is the result of the round and is final, even if your screen, device or connection shows something different.

  1. The outcome of each spin, hand or round is produced by a random number generator and recorded on the game server at the moment the round is settled.
  2. The rules, paytable and winning combinations of each game apply in full. They are shown in the help or information panel inside the game.
  3. Payouts are calculated from the paytable for the stake actually played, including any active lines, ways or bet levels.
  4. The theoretical return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's information panel. It is a long-term average across a very large number of rounds and does not predict the result of a single session.
  5. Where the game display and the server record differ, the server record stands and your balance is corrected to match it.

Malfunctions, errors and interrupted rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, the game server or the connection between them does not work as intended, the affected round and any amount shown as won in it are void.

  • Stakes taken in a voided round are returned to the balance they were taken from.
  • Amounts credited in error are removed from your account. If they have already been withdrawn or played, we may ask you to return them or may recover them from later balances.
  • A malfunction includes a software fault, a configuration error, an incorrect paytable and any failure that produces a result the game was not built to produce.

Disconnections and unfinished rounds

Losing your connection does not cancel a round that has already started. Games save their state on the server, so when you reconnect the round either resumes from where it stopped or is settled automatically at the result the server recorded.

If a round cannot be resumed, it is settled on the server at the point it was interrupted and the outcome is applied to your balance. Where a round cannot be completed at all, the stake for that round is returned.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are played under the terms of the promotion they came from, together with these rules and our general terms and conditions.

  • Wagering. Bonus funds carry the wagering requirement stated with the offer, and the amount still to wager is shown in your account.
  • Maximum bet. A maximum stake per spin or round applies while a bonus is active, as stated in the bonus terms. Staking above it may lead to the bonus and anything won from it being removed.
  • Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some games do not contribute at all. The contribution details sit with the terms of each promotion.
  • Order of play. Where real money and bonus funds are both held, the cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from and which balance a win is paid into.
  • Expiry. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the offer, and any remaining bonus balance is then removed.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are dealt by a human dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's actions at the table, as recorded by the table's own systems, decide the round.

Dealer decisions and late bets

  • The dealer closes the betting window and calls no more bets. Stakes placed or confirmed after that call are not accepted and are returned to your balance.
  • A card dealt in error, a ball that leaves the wheel or any other irregular deal is handled under the rules of that game. The round may be voided and the stakes returned.
  • Decisions announced by the dealer or the table supervisor are final for the round. Where the stream and the table record differ, the table record stands.
  • Each table has its own minimum and maximum stakes and its own seating rules, both shown before you take a seat.

Game-specific rules

Every table carries a help panel covering the deal, payouts, side bets, insurance, surrender and any variation used at that table. Those rules govern play at that table and apply alongside the rules on this page.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact us while the details are still to hand. Write to support@casino-mrsloty.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and include the following.

  1. The name of the game or live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
  3. The round, hand or transaction reference, where the game shows one.
  4. The stake you placed and the result you expected.
  5. A short description or screenshot of what your screen showed, if you have one.

We check the server logs for the round you have told us about and reply with what the record shows. Server records are the primary evidence for any query about a bet, and our answer is based on them.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, your case is escalated under the complaints procedure in our terms and conditions, which also explains the free dispute resolution route open to you once our internal stages are complete.
