Accepting these terms and changes we make to them

These terms apply to your account with us, to this website and to every game you play on it. By registering, depositing or placing a stake, you confirm that you accept these terms together with the documents listed below.

  • These Terms & Conditions.
  • Our privacy policy and cookie notice.
  • The terms attached to each bonus or promotion you take part in.
  • The rules and return-to-player information shown inside each game.
  • The payment methods, fees and limits shown in the cashier.

We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in law, in the conditions of our gaming licence, in the payment methods we support or in the games we offer. Where a change affects your rights or the way your account works, we give you notice by e-mail or when you next log in before it takes effect. Corrections that do not affect your rights apply from the moment they are published.

If you do not accept a change, please stop using your account and ask us to close it. You can withdraw any balance that belongs to you, subject to the checks described below.

Eligibility and your account with us

Who can open an account

  • You must be 18 or over. Gambling is for adults only and we check age.
  • You must be resident in the United Kingdom and registering from a place where online gambling is lawful.
  • You must open the account in your own name and use it only for yourself, never on behalf of anyone else.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You must not be registered with GamStop, self-excluded with us, or restricted from gambling by a court order or similar measure.

One account per person

Each person may hold one account. If we find duplicate accounts, we may close the additional ones or suspend all of them while we look into the matter, and any bonus claimed through a duplicate account, along with winnings made from it, may be removed.

The details you give us

The name, date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number on your account must be accurate and complete, and you must keep them up to date. Details that do not match your documents are the most common reason a withdrawal is delayed.

Keeping your login safe

Your password and security details are personal to you. Do not share them or let anyone else play on your account. You are responsible for activity carried out with your login unless we are at fault. Tell us straight away through live chat or at support@casino-mrsloty.co.uk if you think someone else has access, and we can suspend the account while it is sorted out.

Verification checks on your account

We hold a gaming licence, which means we have to know who holds each account and, in some cases, where the money in it comes from. Before your first withdrawal we confirm your identity, your age and your address. We may also carry out these checks earlier, including at registration or on a deposit, and repeat them while your account is open.

  1. Photo identification, such as a passport or driving licence.
  2. Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name.
  3. Proof that the payment method you are using belongs to you.
  4. Information about the source of your funds, where we are required to ask for it.

We tell you what is missing and why. Play and withdrawals may be restricted while a check is outstanding, and documents are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

Paying money in

You can deposit using the methods shown in the cashier. The payment method must be in your own name; we do not accept payments from third parties. Minimum and maximum amounts, any fees and processing times are shown in the cashier, and any deposit limit you have set is shown in your account. Your account is for play, not for holding or transferring money.

Taking money out

We return funds to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible, and otherwise to another method in your own name. Withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier. A request stays pending until any outstanding verification check is finished and any wagering attached to a bonus is complete, and we may hold a payment while we look into unusual activity.

Bonuses and promotions

Every offer carries its own terms, published with the offer, which apply in addition to these terms. They set the wagering requirement, which games count towards it and by how much, the maximum stake allowed while a bonus is active, the maximum amount that can be converted to cash, and the date the offer expires.

Taking part in promotions in bad faith is a breach of these terms. That includes using more than one account, acting together with other players, and placing bets that cover most outcomes to clear wagering with little risk. Where we find it, we may remove the bonus and any winnings made with it.

Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion

This site is for adults only. The tools below are free and you can set them in your account settings or ask us to set them for you through live chat or by e-mail.

  • Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, shown in your account.
  • Reality checks that remind you how long you have been playing.
  • Time-out, which locks your account for a short break.
  • Self-exclusion, which closes your account to play for a longer fixed period and stops our marketing to you.
  • GamStop, the scheme that lets you self-exclude from online operators licensed in Great Britain.

A reduction to a deposit limit takes effect straight away; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period. Free, confidential support and advice is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and we can point you to them at any time.

Closing accounts, complaints, liability and governing law

Closing your account at your request

You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or at support@casino-mrsloty.co.uk. We confirm the closure in writing and pay out any withdrawable balance once checks are complete. If you are closing because of your gambling, tell us, and we will treat the request as self-exclusion rather than a simple closure.

Inactive accounts

If you do not log in for a long period, we may treat the account as inactive and suspend it. We contact you first using the details on file. Any balance remains yours and we return it on request.

Suspension for breach of these terms

We may suspend or close an account, and hold funds while we look into it, where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, cheating, collusion, use of prohibited software, money laundering, abuse of promotions, a false statement given during registration or verification, or any other breach of these terms. Affected stakes may be void and related winnings withheld. We tell you what is happening wherever we are permitted to.

Complaints and independent dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, write to support@casino-mrsloty.co.uk or use live chat, giving your username, the date and what happened. We acknowledge your complaint, look into it and answer within a reasonable time, and we escalate it internally where our first answer does not settle the matter. If we still cannot agree, we give you the details of the independent dispute resolution service open to our customers; using it costs you nothing and does not affect your legal rights.

Our liability and the law that applies

We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games running properly, but we cannot promise they will always be available. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device or connection, or by events outside our reasonable control. If a game or system malfunctions, the affected rounds and any pay-outs from them are void. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
