Bonus Terms and Conditions

A bonus is any promotional credit, free spin, prize or reward we add to your account on top of the money you have deposited yourself. These terms apply to all of them, together with the specific terms shown on the promotion itself.

Where the terms of an individual promotion differ from this page, the terms of that promotion apply to it. Where a point is not covered by the promotion, this page applies instead.

• The terms of the offer come first: the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the eligible games and the expiry period are those shown with the promotion.
• These bonus terms cover everything the offer itself does not state.
• Our general Terms and Conditions cover your account, your payments and the account checks we carry out.

Promotions are open to registered account holders aged 18 or over who have completed the verification steps asked for in their account. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts before promotional funds or withdrawals are released.

1. Sign in and open the promotions section of your account to see what is currently available to you.
2. Check the qualifying deposit, the eligible payment methods and any code shown in the offer, and enter the code in the cashier where one is needed.
3. Deposit at least the qualifying amount shown in the cashier, using a payment method registered in your own name.
4. Opt in where the offer asks you to. Bonuses that need an opt-in are not added afterwards.
5. Look over the wagering requirement, the eligible games and the expiry period in your account before you start playing.

Some promotions are offered to selected players only, and an offer sent to you is for your use alone. Offers cannot be transferred between accounts, and only one account per person, household, device, shared network or payment method may take part in the same promotion.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: an amount you need to stake before the bonus and anything won from it can be withdrawn. The multiplier, the amount it applies to and the games that count are set out in the promotion and tracked in your account.

• Game categories contribute at different rates, and some games are excluded from wagering altogether.
• Stakes above the maximum bonus stake, bets that cover a wide range of outcomes in the same round, and play on excluded games may not count towards wagering.
• Your own cash stakes do not count towards an open bonus wagering requirement unless the promotion states that they do.

Bonus money is held separately from your cash balance. Your own money is used first unless the promotion says otherwise, and bonus winnings join your withdrawable balance only once the wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Maximum conversion. Some promotions cap the amount of bonus winnings that can become cash. The cap is shown with the offer, and anything above it is removed when the bonus completes.
• Withdrawing early. You can ask for a withdrawal while a bonus is open, but this cancels the bonus and any winnings still tied to it. Your own cash balance is not affected.
• Expiry. A bonus and any winnings from it are removed once the expiry period shown in your account passes, whether or not wagering is complete.
• Cancelling a bonus. You can cancel an active bonus in your account, or ask our live chat team to do it for you, at any point before the wagering requirement is met.

Withdrawals are returned to the payment method you deposited with wherever possible, and verification must be complete before a payment is released.

Promotions are offered for ordinary play. Where play is aimed only at extracting bonus value rather than at playing the games as they are intended, we may close the bonus, remove the winnings from it and stop offering promotions on that account.

• Opening or using more than one account, or taking part in the same offer from accounts linked by household, device, network or payment details.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed to turn bonus money into cash with little exposure.
• Playing through a service that hides your location, or from a place where our games are not offered.
• Taking part in a promotion that was not made available to you.

Where we see any of the above, we may carry out a check on the account, ask you for documents and hold the affected balance while the matter is looked into. We tell you the outcome once the check is complete, and you can raise a complaint with us if you disagree with it.

Promotions are for players aged 18 or over. If a bonus would not help you stay in control, you can decline it, and you can ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time.
